For schemes that require full licensed strata managing agent support. Tier 4 is activated by an AGM resolution under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW), formally appointing BAYS as the strata managing agent under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002.

Important to know

Tier 4 requires a formal AGM resolution.

Under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW), appointment of a licensed strata managing agent must be authorised by ordinary resolution at a general meeting. BAYS can assist your committee in preparing the motion, providing the required disclosure documents and structuring the agency agreement for presentation to owners.
